Physical Therapy
At POST, physical therapy means more than exercises on a table. Our licensed PTs use hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise, and evidence-based techniques to treat the root cause of your pain — not just the symptoms. We work with patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, and returning from injury across all ages and activity levels.
We recommend verifying your insurance benefits before your first visit. Questions? Call us at 617-860-6430.

Our running assessment at POST PT uses state-of-the-art equipment including force decks and dynamometers to give Boston and Brookline runners objective, measurable data on performance, strength asymmetries, and movement mechanics. Where most running assessments rely on observation alone, our technology captures ground reaction forces, muscle output, and biomechanical patterns that the naked eye simply can't see. The result is a precise, personalized action plan to run more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and hit your goals — whether you're training for a local 5K or the Boston Marathon.
