POST PT Telehealth Appointments
In addition to in-person visits, POST PT also offers telehealth visits. Our physical therapists will create a unique program specifically tailored to your needs and help you implement it through a secure, HIPPA compliant two-way video platform–all from the comfort of your own home.
Before Your First Appointment
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, you’ll receive a video link (used for all future sessions), an online agreement form and check-in instructions. You’ll need a stable internet connection and a computer (preferred) or device with a camera and microphone.
