Responsibilities
Identify and meet patients goals and needs
Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve patients motion and mobility
Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs including strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Motivate patients
Consult and practice with other health professionals
Evaluate effects of intervention, monitor and communicate progress
Document patient care services
Required Skills
Previous work experience as a physical therapist
Extensive education and clinical expertise
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to continually learn and grow
Professionalism
Excellent interpersonal skills
Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Front Office Associate to join the POST PT team. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the front office, patients, and physical therapists. You will be responsible for assisting patients, check-in/out processes, answering phones, scheduling follow-up appointments, and resolving a variety of issues surrounding patient accounts and patient care issues by providing quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Communicate with patients to set up and schedule optimal appointment times
- Organize and input data into electronic health records
- Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks
- Communicate with internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished
- Understand and maintain HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of customer service care experience
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Schedule and Hours
20 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm- 7:30 pm
Friday 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm
The role has the potential for growth to full time
