Meet the Fort Point Therapists 

Kelsey Hanahan, PT, DPT

Kelsey graduated from Northeastern University earning a BS in Rehabilitation Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Over the past few years, she has had clinical experiences in both acute and outpatient settings, including working in an Emergency Room as an ER Technician where she appreciated treating patients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. While Kelsey enjoys rehabilitation of sports-related injuries and guiding patients through a return-to-sport training program. Kelsey can help you reach your full potential without pain or other limitations. When she is not working, Kelsey loves to travel, spend time with family, and explore the Seaport and South Boston areas. 


Elyse Harrop, PT, DPT,OCS, CMTPT

Elyse is Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist. She’s spent most of the last decade in clinical practice in orthopedics, after graduating from the University of Hartford with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and BS in Heath Sciences. She combines a strong working knowledge of physiology with manual treatment and targeted exercise to help her patients return to doing the things they love. 
Outside of the clinic, you can find Elyse skiing, spinning, or running around the Fort Point neighborhood, which she’s called home since 2014.


Location and Hours

Channel Center Street is an alley parallel to A Street and behind 215 A Street/10-30 Channel Center Street. It is two blocks long, from Binford Street to Iron Street.
